Can be paypal currency changed?

Since dollar sink on daily bases,is it possible to change currency in paypal account?I would like to change it to euros.

I know my currency is in £££'s, did you sign up for a US account or something? You could try sending to a european account, but you may come across the annoying charges

Well currency is based on local currency only if paypal have representive there like paypal.co.uk or paypal.at (uk have pounds and austria euros)
Croatian account have dollars.I wish it can have local currency instead or atleast euros.
