That's actually a great case. The US Supreme court, through the 14th amendment, have forced all states to comply with most portions of the bill of rights. It will be interesting if the 2nd Amendment's protections also fit in with its "fundamental rights" jurisprudence.

well, that's really pretty fucked up. handguns getting banned and all. as for me it's ok to have one (ONLY) if you're not using it to something bad (or you're not carrying it with you everyday)
