My friend at Georgetown has been havening severe latency problems playing War3 and other latency ping intensive games. Turns out that one of the top schools in USA has its dorms hooked up with one of the worst bandwidth providers in the country (Cogent Co). A match made in heaven? I think so. :Graucho
