    Best comedies set in the 70s....?

    We're looking for some of the best comedies that are set in the 70s...

    Some of the ones that come to mind are....


    Of course... Dazed and Confuzed...


    The Stoned Age

    Detroit Rock City...


    Can anyone else recommend a movie to us that really captures the fun of the 70s?

      Yeah mean high interest rates, high inflation, gas shortages, war at the beginning of the decade and hostage crises at the end, disco, the beginning widespread herpes outbreak, polyester clothes, burnt orange and avocado green everything, perms on guys? That 70s?

                                      Boogie nights is more of a drama, but it's pretty damn funny....so I guess its a dramedy. And it's pretty damn good, too.

You weren't specific with your words.. but judging from the movies you listed yourself, I figured you were looking for modern day movies that were set in the 70s. So you want comedies that were made in the 70s too then?
