Now lets says it revamped and restructured and working 2000x better...

The thing that disappoints me is when I'm trying to reach support and can't reach anyone.....

Yup its a really BADDDDD thing when ya need something be it simple or intricate and support is no where to be found...

I would try once more!

Would pretty much depend on why I stopped promoting them.

Just because a company says they have things fixed does not mean much since all companies will say that.

Generally if the conversions are poor enough to drop a sponsor the first time around, they'll still convert crap the second time around.

I had a few that did well for others but sucked on my traffic

i'd give them another try, usually i send a sponsor 10k per site i promote of theirs, if conversions are shitty, then i can them, but if they say they've changed, i may send another 2-5k and see how that works, if its still crappy, i keep them dropped.
