Who is paying the highest on free joins or free trials that does not have pre-checked cross sells & is console free?

Thanks for the offer Richard, but I'm not doing business with any Zango supporters. Sure you're program looks fantastic & probably converts great and comes with solid reputation from their previous ventures, but just I don't agree with the whole zango blah blah, so made a decision to not work with any company who has exploited this source of traffic as I feel it has negatively affected all of our bottom lines.
