Please could you let me know if you can access this page http://billing.oc3networks.com/client/index.php and http://www.teenfeetdreams.com

Most of our domains are down and so is the OC3 ticket system (for us anyway).

If you could let me know, that would be great!

I can get to both url's and all my sites on OC3 are working fine

its up for me
both urls
from canada west coast

Thanks guys, maybe our ISP then, we are in the UK so maybe some routing issue.

a tracert should help you figure it out.

Do one for your site and one for OC3 and you will find your problem (most likely)

works fine here.

Working fine from here as well as all our 100s of servers on OC3

The last time OC3 was down was for me was scheduled maintenance, they are usually pretty damn good.

All fine now but they did go down for us earlier on, we're in the UK also.
