I saw it last night as a trailer for Beowulf. Looks good, but I realized I need to sit much further back in the theatre for it, or it'll probably make me puke.:2 cents:

shaky cam for a bit is cool... but if the whole movie is in shaky cam. ugggh.

I'm definitely too old, because that just looks annoying as shit to me.

The big secret has been, what is the "monster".
I can pretty much guarantee whatever it is, it will be a disappointment. If it's a cthulu-type creature, which has been rumored, people will say it's ridiculous. If it's a giant robot ... same thing. If it's actually a monster, well, do you remember the last Godzilla movie?

I think I'll pass, regardless.

It's all about execution. One episode of JJ Abrams Lost is better than any Devlin/Emmerich piece of crap.

I hate reality show type camera work. The office would be funny if I could stand watching it. I'll boycott this because of shitty camera work.

I can do that kind of camera work after about 15 shots of tequila.
