Im like to promote Abby Winters but i need a key...:
*Auth Keys can only be issued by an existing Webmaster affiliated with GMBill.com

They're not accepting webmasters. You have to speak to them.
They're also very draconian about how you promote them - you have to sign and fax contracts to them, and they actively fine webmasters who don't adhere to their rules.
