Designers attention please. Looking for a affordable second tour design.
 

I am in the market for a second tour to one of my pay sites. I want something fresh, fast loading, and affordable.

Solid knowledge of the proper ways to use text and empty space, giving a not to busy looking site.

Site has certain selling points and if you must give to much away in tour to make yours convert then odds are we will not work well together.

Videos inside of the site are more important than the photos and like.

Something dynamic or easy to update is preferable, as I would like the tour to reflect the ever changing inside.

This is a secondary tour, so I would like it to be as affordable as possible.

I am not the ideal design client. I can design myself so I do not want to hand hold or tell you what I want. I need a fresh idea and view. If I give out my thoughts its almost like me redoing it myself and that goes against a new fresh idea for my site.

I need someone with solid vision and that can wow me without having me show you samples and the like.

I am in the same boat.

Leaning towards going with someone I've worked with already. Hope there hasn't been anything bad happen to him since the last time I spoke with him. Please don't tell me he's run of with anyone's money.
