What's the best office chair available?
 

I am looking to buy a new office chair and I want the best ergonomic chair available. I am just sick of my constant pain in the back caused by sitting too much in front of the computer.
Any recommendations?

Typically most of the better chair models by quickie work best for me.

I've had Recaro seats in a G-wagon they were great. Didn't know they made office chairs.

I have the Ergohuman. It's perfect, I can sit here all day without any aches or pains.

It cost me more to ship it here from the US than it did for the chair itself.

I was going to go for the famous Aeron chair but I wanted one with a headrest.

You might also want to look at the fluid chair.

that was the closest one i could find to my M3 seats. I could sit in them all day.

aerons seem to be pretty popular with the IT crowd

it is the " top notch stand up " chair .... Knoll is second in line.

I had one and it really wore out quick. The seat stretched then an arm broke. I weigh 210 -220? :(

The best office chair is one you actually go in and test out at a store and sit in 30 of them.

The ones touted as ergonomic with an astronomical price do not always mean "one size fits all". I have issues with by back etc. and after trying out $1,500 ergonomic to $99 cheapos, the one that fit me the best was one that was $299. I have used it for about 9 months now and NEVER get sore in it.
