I get a fair bit of tranny shemale traffic and from my experience, Imlive does the best. I usually send directly to profiles or use the live banners which seems to do well.

If you are specifically looking for white shemales, I think they have the most of any I've seen. Webcams.com has a few as well while WebCamCash has a tranny cam niche site, one of the very, very few.
