[Biz Thread] Where Do I Go to Get a Modeling/Publicity Agreement Drawn Up?

Anyone know of a licensed attorney that can provide this service? Hopefully, someone who is knowledgeable about the intricacies of documentation required, etc, etc. I need a nude and a non-nude version, each with slightly different terms.

You should explain to the models first just how much you value personal privacy. Perhaps a disclaimer saying that you might publish personal information on your blog soley at your discretion.

Thanks for posting the ONLY worthwhile reply to this thread to date. :thumbsup

Someone hit me up and I think I have it covered. We have not inked a deal yet, so I may still be hitting you up.

I'll be sure to cover that. And actually, scanned copies of their IDs will be made available in the affiliates area for printout and download under 2257. Full compliance will be possible with my stuff from day one no matter which way the good for nothing courts decide to spin it.
