Sooner or later they are gonna have to pull out and the shit will hit the fan in Iraq. My guess is that Iraq will destroy itself first and then there will be a huge amount of hostility toward the west that will manifest itself in new wars.

I agree with the OP that the middle east should be turned into a shiny sheet of glass.

I think the problem is the wars taking a lot longer than they thought it would
and they are getting totally fleeced by the firms doing the contracting since everything seems to be outsourced.


I think this won't come out fully untill a few years after the war is over. Thgen we will know the extent these private companies are fucking the us govt and people.
