Sitedepth support?

Does anyone know how I can get in contact with Sitedepth support? Got a few sites all fucked up and they need a CMS re-install badly, yet no one from support is answering either ICQ or e-mail and their ticket system doesn't work. Appreciate any help, thanks.

yeah went to the bottom of it just moved server yesterday and the redirect we had in place did not work that's why we did not get your email (so that's solved and that was our fault ) the icq, no idea what happened buddy sorry about that ,

ICQ tends to lose offline messages, so that should explain it.
