I just made beef ribs in my oven!!
 

Using the broiler and Hunts hickory sauce.

Plus beans and rice.

Total cooking time was about 45 mins.

Kind of greasy even though I used the drip pan.
Still good though.
Next time I will de-grease with paper towels before adding sauce.

Oh yeah? Well you should have seen the 5 foot long "drool-string" comming from my lips in the store when I went in looking for a light bulb and saw that full rack of ribs with tips on sale for $5.87!!! :1orglaugh
