Whats your fav program for screen caps

I have been playing with a few softwares that do screen caps of captured video some good some shit

"Print Screen" key until I found a program called "EZV Video Capture"... I'm sure better ones exist but it works pretty good ...

I am using blaze media pro but it extracts every single frame and that pulls like 20K images for a 20 minute movie

while thats awesome its way to much to sort through

the EZV thing lets you choose intervals like "every 5 seconds" snap it....

I use the FireShot extension for firefox.
