do you know wich hosting company gives you the possibility of
knowing anything about linux, apache or whatever?,... i only want to
upload files in my ftp into my sites and just that.
no complicated settings i mean

With Cpanel ( included in all our virtual plans ), you can upload files directly from the web interface.
Otherwise, you can use FlashFxp or similar programs on your PC to upload to your ftp account.
