Gallery design template needed (fp!)

In order to stay a bit on topic, here is a small request:

I need someone to show me or create a well-converting gallery template.
I did my own recently, but the CTR was pretty poor so now I am looking for someone a bit more pro :-)

GALLERY SAMPLE

I already did. Added you to my ICQ list a couple of days ago, when another webmaster recommended you, but never saw you online.

Anyways, the sample looks great, but so does my own attempt at a template and it still has a CTR of 1:80 ;-)
