What program to cut out 10 sec vid clips?
 

Can you tell me what program is the easiest and best to use to cut out a 10-15 second movie clip from a mpeg, avi or wmv file?

VCD cutter has a nice feature for MPEGS if you have a 10 minute vid, set it to cut 60 parts and you have nice 10 second clips :-)
