I get an email of one compaining of not being able to login and provides the username he is trying to login with..... obviously its misspelled.

He wrote quite a bit bitching about how he hates this bullshit and its not instant access and he is going to do a chage back...

You should include in your welcome letter to COPY and PASTE the username and password.

Also do not let them fags pick their own username or passwords. Make them super fucking random 12-16 charector long mixed up shit.

The welcome letter comes from the processor(to lower chargebacks and what not), it does include pass and username... to fuck this up you have to be clueless
