Anybody owns RV here and how often do u get to use it?

Had one, sold it. Not worth the trouble.

Bought one as a retirement present for my parents a few years back. They are out in it several times a year, but then they don't work anymore. I've used it a handful of times.

My parents always had big RV's or 5th wheels. I could never understand the whole concept. Rent one for your first time.

It's not a 45 footer. Just a 38 footer with two slides. Went for $400K when I got it a few years back. It's a Bluebird.. not a Prevost.

Class A Motorhome sales are up 4+% from last year. If you can afford a $300,000 Class A the price of a gallon of gas is a non-issue. :)
