uporn.net is mine, however youporn-x.nl and uporn.nl which are someone elses pretty much copied my source code with some minor changes. Any info would be appreciated.

Now when you say "copyright infirngement" are you talking about them copying the marijuana leaf on your front page?

I don't see anything that even looks close to being the same on those sites.

HTML code is not copyright. You can't copyright code like that. It needs to be extremely proprietary in nature to be copyright. HTML isn't.. it's always modified and changed...

you can basically view source of any website on the net and take its code legally..

Scripts that perform a specific static purpose can be copyright though..

I havent checked out the sites or the code, but "look and feel" is something that can be the subject of a copyright. Its called "trade dress."
