                  This has been going on since at least Oct 22nd - its been reported by at least two paysite owners that I know of - its been timing out at the paycom epoch wnu end off and on for four weeks and from what Ive seen its really affecting affiliate sales big time - had complaint emails from surfers which is what brought it to our attention and a few others

                  I sure wish they'd get whatever it is fixed - leaving a lot of sales on the table

                          I will add this: Considering CCBill is a super easy target for all the toolbar guys to hack at, and Epoch being up and down, it is surprising that anyone has gotten any sales recently.

                                                          It's been down since around 8:30am (at least that's when I first noticed). We're now looking at close to 4 hours.

                                                          I guess this is where cascading billing comes in handy...

                                                                  Southern California Edison customers experienced a power failure in the Santa Monica area Sunday morning which caused several homes and businesses to be without power for a few hours. Epoch's offices were affected.

                                                                  Part of Epoch's back up power systems worked, however, our diesel generator failed to auto start. Initial transactions during this period were not able to be processed.

                                                                  Epoch has restored service and is now back online. Recurring transactions will report correctly later today.

                                                                  We strive for 100% uptime and apologize for the interruption in service.
