New site, need opinion.
 

Hi, my name's Denny and I've got a new pay site started 2 months ago, legs-heels-upskirt.com (not allowed to post urls). I've got some traffic, average 2,500/day and about 15,000 on a few days but I'm having a conversion problem. I would appreciate an honest opinion of how the site looks to you. Take a look at my blog, it's got all my updates. Is there a design problem? Is the layout a problem? Is the content a problem (I hope not)? Any comments greatly appreciated!

It's ok but I think it could use some work. Maybe work on getting a better header.

Looks kind of basic to me, and it doesn't really 'feel' like a paysite for some reason.

Maybe you should consider spending some cash on a designer to spice some elements up. Your site is a lot different than most paysites, and maybe people will like that - but it just kind of puts me off.

I don't get a good sense of what I'm going to be getting if I sign up... could be a ton of cool stuff, could be a few crappy sets - it's hard to tell.

This is just my opinion though, and I wish you luck.

How many sign ups have you had? If I were a surfer I'd be pretty hesitant.

I dont get no where that amount of Traffic. I am a Cheap Bastard too LOL...

I do get a fair share of Conversion. If I had your numbers it would be just that a numbers game. Depending on what you are paying out on your content. you may want to increase your Traffic of Actual Visits perday.

Remember... this is a Sales Business. Numbers Game is the Key.

1. I'm planning on changing the header to one girl lying on her side.
2. The fact that it doesn't look like a pay site is a problem that I'm not sure how to deal with? I've received comments on other boards and I'll look for a graphics guy that does adult, here in Prague.
3. I'm surprised that you don't get a feel of what you'll get. I thought showing 8 models (I have 22 models currently) and 10 selected pictures of each model from different parts of the set show you what you're getting. What is missing? Should I show all 22 models or at least mention that there are 22 models? Should I write that I have about 100 sets? I didn't do that because I don't know if that's enough.
4. I've only got 10 members so far.
There's nothing misleading on the website but as you wrote that isn't clear. Why? How to make it so the surfer feels there's a lot more inside of what he's seeing and that it's only better and not worse (more legs, more feet, more upskirt, more pussy etc). I've got on average around 500+ pics of each model and some videos (which I'm taking a very long time to edit). I've also got some new models that I haven't even released any pictures of.

You mean I shouldn't have those links to other sites on the tour? I put them there because the tgps I post to and some banner pages want recips. Should I leave the links on my tgp pages only? Should I put only text links on my tour or no links at all?

Recips are for galleries so I'm not sure what you mean by that. Regardless.. you're not operating a free site and shouldn't have other free site links on a paysite because they are traffic leaks. As an affiliate, I wouldn't promote it because of that alone.

Yes. I'm a jack-of-all-trades. Found the girls, took the photos and some video, programmed the website. Seems to me like I need at least 48 hours in a day.

that site might need some new design. You need to show off more nylon on the front site. Not just faces. Faces are for teen sites and general stuff. You need more legs and feet in stockings and pantyhose. Trust me, I've been in this niche for years.

The girls are hot, so this has potential! :)

a little design would help and a join button that stands out more. take a look around and see what others do then get an idea of what you want and hire a good designer.

I agree with Rockatansky, instead of showing a pic of the model's face, perhaps show a REALLY kickass feet/legs fetish type photo.

Also, when you get to the bottom after looking at the model's pics, there are no links there. You need some links for "more" or "join now!".

I think you need to work harder on your text. You have a paragraph of reasons why people should join, but it sounds a little too spammy... like you are trying too hard to sell it.

Try writing a paragraph about the site that just describes it, as if you were telling us what's in the site. Then see if you can spiff it up a bit to make sales.

Or, try writing a list of points that are bulleted instead. People like lists, they're easier and faster to read than a paragraph.

I personally don't believe you need a new layout and design. I think you are on the right track. Lots of amateur looking designs sell very well.
