Wordpress Ping Question
 

You automate a blog, setting up 2 posts a day over the next 30 days.

Now, are you missing out on ping traffic? Or does that blog ping when those automated postdated entries hit the front page?

In the past I've ran a cron to ping the services, rebuild the sitemap etc. Just wondering if I can skip all of that.
