Melatonin and pot. Theres no way I could sleep without one or the other.

Mostly Melatonin. Since I quit drinking myself to shit daily, I have had insomnia. Small price to pay I guess. (2 years)

I went to sleep at 5 am.

and its 9:09 and Im back up.

What a lovely nights rest.

I barely dream anymore, let alone passionately think while I sleep.

I don't do drugs doctors can give me.. doctors are evil, I don't trust 'em.

Its 4 bucks for 100 tablets at the store.

Mine are peppermint flavored, and quite flavorful heheh

Its a natural thing your brain releases, it helps you sleep.
