I read title then starter. That way even if its an interesting title and someone I would rather not read or know whats going to happen already I can skip it. Though occassionally I still will go inside if the title is interesting enough, just in case.

I have found work, business tips, other associates, and of course a whole list of people now on my banned list in such threads.
