How the hell do you regain motivation after a long holiday?

4 weeks in Japan, one week back supposedly "at work" and I've done jack shit more or less for a week.

The thought of earning more doesn't come into it unless it's suddenly a bucketload, which rarely happens on the interweb, so that isn't a motivating factor.

How the hell do you guys kickstart your motivation? :helpme
