There shouldn't be ANY puppy stores in LA, period. Los Angeles's dog shelters are overpopulated. They used to have a very high euthanasia rate, but that has declined in recent years. The most humane cities in the US are the ones with the fewest puppy stores. And you know where the puppies come from don't you? They come from HERE.
