Hope for the West Memphis 3?
 

I don't know if anyone else here follows this case, I don't follow it as closely as I used to.

But if you don't know about these guys you should watch the documentaries Paradise Lost, and Paradise Lost II: Relevations.

These kids were basically convicted because they stood out in a small conservative town in Arkansas. They were headbangers / goth kids / pot heads.

Anyway looks like there might be some hope in getting these guys out of prison after almost 15 years...one's even on death row.

I was actually thinking about this case the other day, wondered what happened with them. One thing is for sure the first HBO documentary really demonized them IMO. The second one seemed to shed more light on their side of the case.

I had the feeling they were innocent, and were basically blamed because they were different than everyone else. That and the confession from the one teen should have been thrown out as evidence because it was shown the detectives broke the law.

Would be pretty fucked up if they are innocent and pretty much lost most of their youth because of judgmental country hick police detectives.

As a side note I felt the step father did it.. that guy was pretty freaky.

I saw a CNN special on them. Pretty fucked up. No DNA evidence AND evidence of one of the victims' stepdad and his friend were found on the scene.

It just seemed that those 3 defendants were purely victims of a modern day witch hunt and demonization.

If you watch Paradise Lost II, you will see that one of the boy's stepdads had a knife and it had some dried blood on it. He allowed the defense team to take the knife and run tests on it, and the blood matched his stepson.

The weird thing is the kid's mother, she ended up dying some months later in bed under a cloud of suspicion, the stepdad ended up in jail for drug dealing.

Oh, and if I recall there was also a bite mark on the boy near his genitals, and they couldn't match his teeth only because he for no real reason had them all pulled.

Yeah, the one big guy that ended up in jail for drug dealing, and had the knife with the dried blood of his stepson on it.

We live 45 min from West memphis and in the same Town that Damien had his trial in ..
I went to Damiens trial 14 1/2 years ago and it was a TOTAL witchhunt!

There are more chuches here than restaurants. The WM3 never had a chance.

There was never any proof whatsoever at all, the cops just needed to get SOMEONE.. ANYONE arrested because people here were scared to death.

The police said they were devil worshipers and the satanic EXPERT got his degree from an online bullshit course... it was insane

For years and years I thooght it was The Byers Dad.. but now they have found hairs from one of the other fathers ( Hobbs ) tied in the knots that bound the dead childrens hands and feet.. and a hair from one of Hobbs friends that WAS with him on the night of the murders!

Well that is what they said on our local news station and this is where the trial was held..and should be held again if this all works out.

It sucks because Judge barnett slept through alot of the trial,, along with Price sucking ass at being an attorney and B Davis being crooked as hell..

Hobbs wife is saying that she thinks he was involved and she wants justice, as is Nut Byers ( I can not hardly believe he didnt do it.. total nutcase )

We lived down the road from him when his wife died with no reason at a young age.. under 40 after their boy was killed. .. he is very actor like and then he got all of his teeth pulled when they said there was bite evidence.. seems too strange to me.. who knows if we will ever know who actually did it.


There have been people say that there was a man in the truck stop covered in blood the night of the murders.. they mopped all of the blood up and just blew it off.
And you know the Surgical procision that they claimed was used on the boys penis is now known to be bite marks from animals after the death.

I dont know who in the hell did it.. but I have investigated the shit out of the case.
I KNOW there is NO evidence that the WM3 did it and this city and state should be ashamed at the witchhunt they put those boys through.

Evidence against Miskelly is BS because he is retarded and they questioned him without a lawyer for over 11 hours.. Crooked Cops :Oh crap
