I know it has a .us extension, but will it still be useful or have any value?

As it stands SlutFuck, No. If you are going to buy domains for the purpose of selling them then perhaps you should research what your doing a bit further...

Dot coms are proffered and much of the traffic will go to watchporn.com instead.

domains always have "value" and be "useful," but in and of itself, this is only worth the price of its registration IMHO
