Anyone know or recommend a company/firm/individual that can help me out with some general tax and paperwork filing?

Ive read so much online that im confused. I had my accoutant go over stuff, but I found out through someone else that he does not know all the proper paperwork filing that well.

What I mean is, to make sure corporation paperwork, IRS stuff, 1099/employee paperwork, time taxes are do, all that jazz is done correctly. Ive tried to get ahold of a few people locally, but no one really seems to follow through and Im not looking to hire someone full time.

If anyone knows of any place around Los Angeles, or you know it yourself, please contact me and let me know your rate.

btw, this is for a mainstream company, not adult... if that matters

I have a great accountant/tax person for that and other tax filings. However they are MD based.

The guy that helped me out at first was from Chicago IL, and i know stuff in California is a lot different than other places. Most confusing this is if you live in the county of LA you have to file a different license then if you live in the city, but the city office doesnt know which form (i was just there last week), but they told me to look online.

Now i know why people file in other states, not just for tax purposes :winkwink:
