have a look at camspot.com It's our own back end and we handle the merchant account. We are going to be launching version 2 of it shortly.
We pay $35 on a $1 signup. It's not free but it converts very well as long as you are up front with your surfer there is a $1 charge.
If you are looking for a white label we can discuss that as well.
