I knew one girl that got hooked up with one of the execs from Pepsico while dancing at strip joint. she went on to become his assistant... and then got fired once he left... She was a real bitch tho.

Probation period, no right to work. Afraid to say he has to eat it. State allows people to fire anyone for no reason given at all. So hate to say it but typically he is screwed and out of a job.

Also as eros said, this job choice will haunt you for life. If your name is not known yet consider what happened now and think your life choices over.

As long as it’s not “illegal” reason. You can fire anyone for nothing but you can't fire a person because he is black.
