Anyone do geoip pricing for billing?

I don't want geoip redirected to form with USD price converted to the visitors local currency..

What I want to have is different prices in each currency & have visitor sent to page corresponding to their locale..

For example, all my US customers would be charged $19.95 while my Euro customers would be charged 28 euro while my Canadian customers get charged $21.50 and my Japanese customers charged whatever YEN.

Nice to have currency conversions like CCBill offers as well as their Geo IP redirect to correct form, but I'd like to be able to set a fixed price for each currency..

I'm not sure, but I think nats offers this feature, if I'm not mistaken(if you have nats) . Also if your interested in localizing your program/sites fell free to hit me up.
