i've tried two different types, and as far as i can tell they all fucking suck. total waste of fucking money. buy some tiki torches or something, lol...

hmm...some friends of mine have some I think they bought them from Lowes / Home Depot and they work fine.
They are out of the country right now, but I'll try to find out what brand they are. |

What's your goal? Actual use? As in, lighting a path. Or is it just decoration?
We have some yellowish ones that are solar powered and they are kinda weak. We live in LA where it never rains and so they get sun like 24/7 (or whatever, you do the math). They dim, and go dark after like 3 hours. But again, I live in so all the city lights bounce off the overcast skys and keep my entire street well lit even at 4 am, it's like a full moon out there. Wait.. what were you asking? |

We have some. They are actually AA battery powered, the solar panel just keeps the batteries charged.

Bought a couple in the summer.. didn't work too well, returned them

We have some and they only seemed to work the first week or so of putting them out. Now they are very dim for a few hours and then nothing. Pretty shitty
