don't think so - in this clip the referee jumps in and stops the fight with Ali's opponent still standing - Liston was flat on his back - always rumored to have taken a dive on a phantom punch that never landed.

it's not Frazier i'm pretty sure.

Now that I've watched it... you're right, it's not Liston.

I was going to say Frazier. It doesn't look like Foreman to me, so I'll go with my first impression (once I watched it)

that's the second Liston fight. Liston got up after the knockdown and Ali kept hitting him until the ref physically came in and stopped the fight.
