About 5 minutes ago the house voted to have the judiciary committee consider impeachment of Dick Cheney.

You don't impeach an official because you dislike their policies, for that you just vote them out of office.

Impeachment is reserved for CRIMES --obstruction of justice, perjury, subornation of perjury, lying to a grand jury, etc..

Cheney has committed no crimes. Trying to protect your country from the threat of a rogue nation is not a crime.
