How long will it take to get a TGP or MGP REAL big ?
hi!
i frequently take a look at the sextracker stats and other stats. and i wonder, how can the big guys get it to make their sites that big? i mean, if you create a TGP or MGP, with a simply layout - white background, a top referrer list on the top right and on the left a simple huge list of the submitted galleries - how long will it take til you can reach for example the 200.000 daily visitors line? and what do you have to do for that? buying traffic montly? or make lots of trades? or do you first have to start a cj and then change it to a 100% clean tgp? i would really like to know how patient i have to be till i could get such a big site. |

Get someone to write you some good "Traffic Generating Software." Then you can sell it for like a quarter mil and shit bruh.
;) |
Im opening a restraunt... how long will it take before it becomes big?
|
i think you misunderstood my question...
let me try to explain it some way else (guess i lost my point :) ) sites like thehun f.e. have a real simple page, no well design skills needed. but they created one of the first tgps and that's why they have ton's of bookmarkers. so what i would like to know : would it be possible at this time to try starting such a site and get it as big as 200k daily? cause i can't imagine that nowadays if you create a site with such a simple design, you will get lots of bookmarkers... |
There's no limit if you are able to feed it with 15k traffic a day for 100 days... hehe.

Ask Gotys
Looks like he did a pretty good job with pichunter |
thehun is no good example for what you want to do.....AFAIK thehun does only a few or no trades at all and ppl know if they click "20 pix of a hot blonde" THEY GET 20 pix of a hot blonde within a clean gallery. thehun is very "tgp surfer" friendly and thats why people bookmark and love it.
if you want to grow fast you need to trade most of you traffic, but therefor you don`t get many bookmarkers. |
keep the trades minimal, none for the first year
|
Oftentimes it isn't the design or layout that makes it.. if you believe in the idea and you get at it even something small can become big.
Promotion definitly helps.. getting recip buttons on galleries that you list in your TGP and managing your TGP, ie, weeding out redirects and popup hounds and other bullshit that will make people not bookmark and not return. Buying traffic is a great way to jump start a site that is heavy on content and low on ads/trades/etc.. get 'em in and keep 'em there/comming back.. that holds true for any business. |
you'll never get there so stop loosing sleep over it,
its not gonna happen |
How long will it take for a new small convenient store to become big when there are already thousands of supermarkets that give everything for free ?
|
depends on if you have a time machine
|
Get out now before you waste your time and money. The industry is already way to oversaturated, if the only thing you can think of to do in this biz is just another tgp, then quit now. We don't need it and you won't make it. I'm not being an ass to you I', just telling you like it is.:2 cents:

speakeasy talked the truth
|
"Uniqueness" is the key and "Feeding Traffic" is the door...
|
well...there's no need for me to get out there...i had some movie sites in the past, and i'm still running some on around 30-60k of traffic (i know, that's not much for you :)), but these sites are full with thumbs to trade partners. and i'm sick of updating everything nearly daily. that's why i wanted to start a new MGP totally surfer friendly without thumbs, using autogallery pro, so that i won't have to work hard on it. so i wanted to know if , after keeping the site running for around 1 year as it is, there is a chance to get lots of bookmarkers.
|
Then you can afford to pay someone to update the site/s FOR you Stain while you do other things. :winkwink:
|
that's true..but i prefer doing those things by myself :)
