How is support for MPA3 and NATS?
 
If you have a support ticket or need custom coding, how is MPA3 on that?

NATS support is pheonimal, they have a lot of people on staff to help with support tickets. Never used TMM to customize anything.

Before going with NATS we tried to get MPA3 up and running and honestly it was way more complicated. The documentation between NATs and MPA3 is no comparison, NATS is superior. In the end it was easier to customize NATs than MPA3.

Manasion Productions cost me 6+ months of time waiting for them to customize VIST. Which ended up costing me over $50,000 in time lost, hosting and payroll waiting for a delivered product.. don't waste your time, go with NATS/TMM.

I have been a client of Mansions for 6+ years.. and, have always experienced excellent support... there are 3 levels of support.. and, whenever a critical issue is indicated, I get response immediately...

I find the MPA software to be easily managed as well as very flexible with being customizable.

NATS is good.. very quick, I always see 3-4 people from NATS online (icq) most peak hours if thats any indication :)

I have had a lot of experience with Mansion products and they have great support and development. In my experience if you have custom work done they are great at getting it done and on time. Oystien and Garry are top notch people.

I am all about MPA3... and Mansion. They are very professional and even for a small fish like me... they provide AWESOME service. Just great bunch of people, great bunch of software and yea!

Regarding TooMuchMedia:

If you're willing to pay to get something added that isn't already there, TMM will do it for you. Generally in less than a month. Paying for support does not directly entitle you to new billers, extended galleries, and other such things.

Even with their smaller staff, TMM has done pretty damn well to support me, and the folks who I help who run NATS.

I've only had one NATS client move to MPA3, and that was because hosted MPA3 was free if you used Epoch as the gateway.

mpa3 suport is amazing really. people do any job you ask even programing stuff on your own server! really good!
