hosting companies... 300,000 gigs/month

If I did 300,000 gigs/month then how much would you charge me per gig?

Sly 11-05-2007 04:52 PM

Across how many servers? And do you really want per gig or mbps?

Managed? Unmanaged?

gaymale 11-05-2007 04:52 PM

I would think that doing 300,000 gigs a month would warrant getting your own servers and host them yourself.

jpv 11-05-2007 05:00 PM

give me a price per gig for bw. servers would be additional.

would I be able to get a lower price if I went with mbps?

That is roughly a full 1 gige pipe worth of usage. We can offer your server or servers multi-gig redundant connections into our network cores

Andy Servers4Less 11-05-2007 05:35 PM

Well, Let me just say I can't post the price here as everyone will jump on it. But that being said I can help you privately: [email protected] or ICQ: 412-203-056 :)

Snake Doctor 11-05-2007 05:43 PM

Yeah that's like a full GBPS of bandwidth. That's more than alot of the so-called "hosts" on GFY use.

jpv 11-05-2007 05:54 PM

Can you guys email me your prices?

Thanks

Hah. Take the per GB billing - it'll be about $7.50/Mbps 95th percentile...

TidalWave 11-05-2007 09:01 PM

all depends on his traffic patterns

TidalWave 11-05-2007 09:12 PM

Might wanna checkout oc3networks.com before you buy... they have a damn reliable network.

After Shock Media 11-06-2007 02:48 AM

I know many hosts are in here drooling over the attempt to lure this person in.

I am just curious as to what the hell are you running that needs that much bandwidth. Have a large tube site or something?
