I've used BrowserShots many a time, excellent tool. :thumbsup

you can get localized versions of ie (copies you can install in addition to your main ie install)

you can get safari for windows (identical to the mac version), ff, opera, etc.

I'd rather test with the real deal, I hated having to wait for browser shots to show up especially if you need to keep tweaking something.

I'll look for the link for the localized copies of IE.

If it works in IE and Firefox.. who cares about anything else.

and why does it take 30 minutes to see results? What kind of broke shit is this? Do they have 2 people sitting around "creating" your results or something?

They actuallty have 3 but one is on vacation and the other one called sick.

It's a paid service but it works really nice. They've got a lot of different browsers, also different operating systems (windows, mac etc). It's also very fast, only a few minutes waiting time.

Cool I just submitted looks like it's also a nice lazy-ass way to generate screen shots :)

Yeah it was late lol - I realized just now it looks like a desktop - they had their msnbot emulator running in circles on their local or something ? lol

I think it is faster to use a Virtual Machine like VirtualBox and test in there.
