HEALTH QUESTION --- What kind of vitamins and beneficial pills do you take erry day?
I'm always looking for new things to help me stay healthy. Would love to hear what kind of stuff you guys are on (besides xanies).
So far I'm doing these: -Men's One A Day (Energy Formula) -Flaxseed Oil (Three Times Daily) -Fish Oil (Three Times Daily) -L-Lysine I need more!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad: |
Well, since all this stuff is never a supplement for real healthy food (although marketing guys want to make us believe so)...I take none.

Stark is right, you should get your food and veg in for fibre, natural proteins and vitamins.
If you lack, get a just for mens or swiss herbal multi vitamin. |
Yeah trust me, I eat healthy too but I'm just wondering if people here actually take supplements as I would love to hear about anything I'm not taking.

There have been studies that say there is no proof suppliments help but the same people that say this take them as well. Me, I just take a multivitamin and vitamin E.

i eat health bars, drink raw smoothies and eat flax instead of popping pills.

Throw lots of fruit in it You'll be able to ingest a lot more that way You'll have gas at first Because your body is getting rid of all the crap. |

I alternate days with:
Day one: Ginseng Multi Vitamin Day two: Ginseng B12 D Omega 3-6-9 Calcium Magnesium Zinc |
Winstrol, Sustanon, Clenbuterol and sometimes some Equipose.

I take
Multivitamin Flaxseed Oil 2 times daily Fish Oil 2 times daily Vitamin B complex |
Iron - 900mg (yes thats a fuckload)
Vitamin C 1000mg (to help me absorb iron) Large multi-vitamin (general) Why? Cause my doctor demands it due to my anemia. |
