Supercar pic from today
 

I found this 959 today and scrambled to get a picture of it. Hard to believe this car is twenty years old already. With only a little over 200 ever made I felt very lucky to get the chance to phoptograph one :)

I was at a race track and the owner had stashed it under the stands down at the far end where nobody was at. I saw it while walking around and had to squeeze under some stairs to get an interesting perspective. I sure wish I could have parked it where I wanted it. :winkwink:

Amazing. The 959 is a pure classic. Never seen one . . . On a similar note I finally saw an Enzo a couple weeks back. Been waiting for that since '03

I've been waiting to see an Enzo too. While I was taking the pic of the 959 a guy asked me if I'd seen the Veyron that was driving around inside the track ( Daytona Speedway ) and I said no but I sure am going to go look for it!

Never did see it but saw a lot of other pretty nice rides. Here's another bad ass Porsche that was actually on display. At the end of the day the guy drove it off and stood on it for the onlookers. It was like watching a bullet fired out a rifle. Would have been a great time to have the video camera.

Here's a rear shot of the Carrera GT on the move and a shot of a GT1 Strassenversion. This is one of only two pre-production models built in 1996 and it is a true race car for the street.
