Twisted Cash lets you turn off the consoles or keep them and put your own exit consoles instead. Pretty clever.

You can enable pop-ups and get paid for them if you choose though.

We're just a little bitty program, but we have something along these lines. Every site except GothicAmateur.com on our program only has one popup, an exit on the entry page. If you would like to skip right to the first preview page, you won't get a popup. This is true for Blood Dolls, our new site GothicUndine.com, and for upcoming sites.
