You would get my vote . If you guys answered the email I sent a month ago. I wanted to use Netbilling for my service. I just thought you guys were too busy so I went else where.

If we had received an email, we would have answered it. Did you call too? With spam filtering and sometimes mail be undeliverable, there is the 100% chance that we never received it. We are extremely customer service oriented.

Btw Mitch is it true you can only use netbilling if you have high volume ?

No - we have startup merchants that sell adult and mainstream products. However, to get a high risk adult merchant account for memberships, you do have to have some previous processing history and be processing about $40k per month gross volume. This is a bank requirement, no a NETbilling one.

Not only will I nominate you I will do my best to try and tell otehrs that if you have some decent volume and you are not using NetBilling you are throwing 4% of your money away. Not to mention the increased in sales that you can get by controlling and managing your risk.

Netbilling has been our primary processor for 9 nearly 9 years and they have always been top notch.

So stop throwing your money away give them a ring.
