To embed content via Javascript or Flash is somewhat simple. Are you asking if they will provide scripts for you to show video and or audio files on your site?

All of the things you want installed are non-standard, and being that you're asking for bizarre shit, there's no host that's going to want to support you for the current going rate of dedicated machines.

You usually get: Apache + PHP + MySQL + Sendmail/Postfix/Exim/etc.

The rest is up to you.

FWIW, I was contracted recently to do an ffmpeg-php install, adding mplayer, all of the pretty binary codecs, and it cost them a pretty penny.
