My checks are being stolen and CASHED from the post office!
 

this is fucking crazy...yesterday it got to my attention that 2 of my ccbill checks have been stolen and cashed (both of them cashed in different places)....anyway i did some research today and got to a guy who is cashing checks and doing currency exchange for people he told me he got bunch of checks from this guy who he thinks got fucked by someone who is stealing checks from the post office...thats fucking crazy im getting to the bottom of this hopefully i wont get killed in the process...wish me luck

the guy sounds like a fukcing crook....he told me he will return me the money + the exchange rate difference (those checks were cashed like 9 months ago and the dollar took a major shit)
but the problem is a lot deeper then that... i need to change my po box and watch out for every single check.

so i called 411 got a few numbers, called them all finally i got the guys kid on the line he gave me his cell.

Seems like such an obvious thing to do, I'm always amazed that my checks are actually in the PO box when I get there.

Yeah for some reason all my checks end up at Juicy's place with his name on em, and HE cashes them. But I'm onto him.

yes, i found the guy who does currency exchange and check cashing....who apperantly cashed my check/s....this is very blur... i think as soon as i get my money ill go to a tv show here who does investigations on shady shit like this. :1orglaugh

I had this happen before. I got a PO box and it stopped. If that doesn't solve the problem your best bet might be to get a box in another city or something that way hopefully the mail won't be going through this guy.

I say take the guy to court. He can be held responsible in civil court. Of course he may not have the money to pay you back. Does he have anything that can be seized?

Hey bro, if I were you I would open up a company and have all of your checks made out to your company. Not only is it good for your taxes...but nobody can cash your checks. Not even you. You have to deposit them in your bank account.

i wouldnt say so, i used to have a po box that i never checked and it expired without me knowing, i went back to get my mail and there was mail to someone else, they never bothered to change the lock.

hope you get the guy but if you do make sure that the postal police knows about it cause it's a federal crime and trust me when they are done with him for that it will be worse then you cutting his balls off.
postal police sounds like a joke to some people but they are really tough of stuff like this.

Shit, I've had that happen to me. Then the checks were cashed at Citibank.
The fucker just signed my name on the back, and the bank accepted them!

I had to get the issuing company to contact the bank and start the investigation.

I got all the $$ back, but it was a long process!
