ok, so im doing a design for my new paysite and i want to do a table with rounded corners... on the top its doing ok, and its pretty nice, but at the botton its leaving a little space that i dont want and i dont know how to took it off

this is the code i actually did

and this is the image explaining what is wrong

anyone can help me on that plase?
thank you in advance

Alvaro 09-19-2002 12:25 PM

anyone? :(

McAttack 09-19-2002 12:25 PM

I've had problems similar to that myself. Try making the vertical size one or two pixels smaller. THe size of the cell or course.

Also, are you using the corners as an image or a background?

cause that would take much more time than posting worthless comments.

I need to put all img tags at the same line that the td tags and without any space.

And you need to make your "trailer.jpg" and "members.jpg" the same height.

this is the page image:

you can grab it from here:

good luck

another good idea is make use of tr tags. it makes your code be compatible with all brwosers and it is easier to read :thumbsup

From a quick glance it looks like your images on the side are too high and thus push the height of the cell in the middle up (creating a gap underneat). Try a smaller height on the side images. Not sure about the bottom but probably something similar.

I know that this has been solved already, but if you are including only one image in a cell, then you should always keep the cell tags on the same line. Including spaces and line breaks will only cause trouble. Sometimes (and this is a strange thing), you can't stop the HTML from doing this by default. But if you add a <BR> tag at the end of the data in the cell you will get rid of the probelm. HTML is screwy like that :/

I would like to visit your city. In July 2001 I have been to Gramado/Canela/Bento Gonçalves/Garibaldi/Carlos Barbosa/Caxias do Sul and 1 or 2 more cities I can't remember now. It was fantastic !

But the old Porto Alegre airport SUCKED.

I can't believe it snowed in São Joaquim-SC in September but didn't in July when I was there with my girlfriend. :(
